Eligibility for Returns: 1.1. We accept returns only for items purchased directly from RallyBrix.com directly. 1.2. To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your unique Rally Brix order number or receipt. 1.3. Returns are applicable within 30 days from the date of purchase. 1.4. Products that were on sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

Return Process: 2.1. To initiate a return with us, please contact our helpful and dedicated customer support team at info@rallybrix.com. Provide the necessary information, including your RBX order number, reason for the return, and any supporting evidence. 2.2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions. 2.3. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or shipping information. 2.4. Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original tags and packaging, and affix the provided return shipping label. 2.5. Drop off the package at your local post office or schedule a pickup. 2.6. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will proceed with the refund or exchange process.

Return Conditions: 3.1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. 3.2. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned item(s) do not meet the conditions mentioned above. 3.3. Returns will not include any shipping or handling charges unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. 3.4. If a discount or coupon was applied to the original purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
