Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Due to a high volume of orders during busy periods such as holiday seasons, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping your order. Couriers worldwide are handling an unprecedented number of parcels, which may impact delivery times. Rest assured, our Rally Brix team is working diligently to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays during peak times.
My tracking number isn’t updating – what should I do?
If your tracking information hasn’t updated, don’t worry! It can take a few days for the tracking details to appear, especially if your package hasn’t been scanned by your local courier yet. Tracking updates typically become available once the parcel is processed through your local postal system. We suggest waiting a few days and checking again. If there are still issues after some time, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your shipping details. Please email us at info@rallybrix.com with your order number and the corrected address.
However, please double-check your information before submitting your order, as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
How can I access the instructions for my set?
All Rally Brix sets include digital instructions that are easily accessible via a QR code on the packaging. Simply use your smartphone or tablet to scan the code, and you’ll be directed to the instructions for your specific model.
If you’re unable to locate the QR code or encounter any issues accessing the instructions, please contact us at info@rallybrix.com with your order number and the model name, and we’ll be happy to assist.
What should I do if there are missing or faulty pieces?
We strive to ensure that every Rally Brix set includes all the necessary pieces for a smooth building experience. However, if you discover that some pieces are missing or defective, follow these steps:
- Thoroughly check your set to ensure the pieces aren’t stuck in packaging or hidden among other parts.
- If you still can’t find the piece or have identified a defective part, take a clear photo of the instructions and circle or highlight the missing or faulty pieces.
- Email the images along with your order number to info@rallybrix.com.
Our team will review your request and work quickly to send the necessary replacement parts so you can complete your model without further delay.
Can I request a custom model?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs. However, we love hearing your ideas and suggestions! If you have a dream rally car you’d like to see in brick form, feel free to share your thoughts or images with us on social media or by email. Your feedback helps shape the future of Rally Brix.
